Additionally we also supply one shampoo, one conditioner, a facial soap and one bath soap as well as one body lotion for each bath. These will not be replenished during the stay but are a welcome gift for you.
Linens, and towels are included and will be delivered to your door. A towel set includes: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per person for 7 people..Additional towel sets and linens for sleeper sofa can be rented.
Rents Thursdays-Sundays, Sundays-Thursdays, Thursdays-Thursdays or Sundays-Sundays. Must be at least 30 years of age with proof via a copy of your driver's license for each unrelated member of your group. Sleeps 7 in beds + 2 in full size sleeper sofa. Taxes and fees will be included in your quote.

This is all you need to enjoy a relaxing time at the Beach. One bedroom, One and a half bath. Two double beds in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Fully equipped galley kitchen w/bistro table. Dining table seats 4 with an extra table and chairs for 2. Enjoy the beach or spend the day at the pool. Within walking distance to Fractured, Prune, Hooked and many more restaurants and shops.
After a swim in the pool it's time to relax. Enjoy a beverage on the private balcony. This one bedroom, one bath checks all the boxes. Read a good book in the sun room located off the living room. Outfitted with a futon, it becomes a bed for an extra guest. Located mid town (123rd Street), makes it so convenient to grocery, restaurant and shopping. After a day at the beach or pool, relax with a cool drink in the private garden/atrium out back, stroll the world famous Ocean City boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park or spend the day at Assateaque Island watching the wild ponies or possibly some antique shopping in old town, Berlin, Md. The new owners have made this a very comfortable place to relax while on your vacation.

COVE POINT - 600 DORY ROAD - OFF 94TH STREET BAYFRONT - SLEEPS 7 - 2 BEDROOM, 2.5 BATHROOMS BOAT AND JET SKI DOCK!

Sunset Island requires a fee of $175.00 for the amenity package which includes 6 pool passes, 1 garage parking pass and 1 pass for parking on the clam shell area off the garage. Additional parking passes can be purchased for $70.00 each. Linens and towels are provided for main bedrooms.
